CGIAR Platform for Big Data in Agriculture has developed a new collaborative data science platform, CG Labs, as an offering of the GARDIAN Ecosystem. CG Labs allows researchers to work together on the same project using datasets securely transferred from GARDIAN and other trusted data sources.
A new study by researchers at several CGIAR Centers applies geospatial network analysis on global cropland and crop mapping datasets, including IFPRI’s MapSPAM, for evaluating the global networks of cropland connectivity for key vegetatively propagated crops.
Supported by CGIAR Platform for Big Data in Agriculture, IFPRI’s MapSPAM team published a new version of Spatially-Disaggregated Crop Production Statistics Data.
